I am Lucy Cox, an illustrator based in the North East of England. My creative practice is inspired by everyday life and memories from childhood holidays. My experiences being raised on the coast has kindled my love of the seaside. My illustrations are focused around the home, adventures and history and are to be used in children’s books and product design. 

 

I use a combination of digital and traditional mediums, using brush pens and procreate to create hand drawn textures to my pieces. I like working with a bright but limited colour palette - bringing joy and nostalgia to my illustrations.
